My boss just gave me a lecture on how he hates how people cant commit to the same schedule every week. But I have hockey on random days, Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday and sometimes Thursday. I also have got a job from the government doing some census work (assuming I pass the written test on Friday). Do I quit the theatre? It’s really tempting. If i just quit I don’t have to deal with all the bs he gives me on the regular as well not having to stress out about missing a hockey game. But if I quit, I wont ever get the chance to work with my girlfriend . Plus, she really wants us to work together and I know she took the job jus for that opportunity but we haven’t even worked together yet and according to the boss it won’t happen anytime soon. Also if I get the census job I make 15dollars an hour which is a lot more money than I’m currently making at the theatre. To be honest, it’s really just upsetting my girlfriend by quitting that’s bothering me. She tries so hard and makes every effort for us to spend time together. I feel like im going to betray/disrespect her if I do quit. The stupid boss doesn’t even have a phone number list so that I can get someone to take my shift in case of a hockey game, exam or if I just don’t feel like going in. AHHH WHAT DO I DO!!!
